How to Curbside Pick-Up

Contactless curbside pick-up is available for purchases made through our online shop, Product Request Form, and over the phone (323-661-1642).

When can I pick up my order?

Please allow some time for our staff to pull your order. Most orders are fulfilled within 1 business day. DO NOT arrive until you have received an email (online orders) saying your order has been fulfilled OR until we receive payment over the phone (phone/online request form orders).

Where do I pick up my online/phone order?

The pick-up area is at the Fountain Ave rear entrance where the trash bins and parking spots are located.

Please call or notify a Sunset Nursery associate at the entrance that you are picking up an order, specify if it was an online order (paid online) or a phone order (paid over the phone), and provide them with the order number that was given to you over the phone or email. Orders made through the online request form are considered phone orders because payment occurs over the phone. It also helps if you can give us a quick summary of your order (e.g. just soil, all veggies, a shovel, etc.) so we can identify it quicker.

PLEASE, PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR ORDER NUMBER!

You DO NOT have to wait in the walk-ins line for pick-up orders!
