Fulfillment Policies

Online/Phone Ordering Pick-Up Policy

We will hold all PAID pick-up orders for up to 7 days from the date of receiving the first ready for pick-up email (online order) or payment over the phone. If an order has not been picked up after 7 days and the customer has not scheduled a new pick-up date, the order will be considered abandoned and it will be put back in stock. Customers may request a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee) within two weeks of the abandonment date. Refunds will not be given after the two weeks. All NON-PAID orders will be held for 24 hours (1 day) before it is considered abandoned and put back in stock.

Refund Policy

If items ordered online become out of stock before being fulfilled, they will be refunded back to the original form of payment. ALL PLANT SALES ARE FINAL. Non-plant items that have not been used may be returned for a full refund within 30 days with a receipt.

Delivery Policy

All items are available for PICK-UP ONLY at our Sunset Blvd Nursery location. We DO NOT ship or deliver items purchased online.
